  • Act on any nonrecurring TO DO List from your Team lead or

  • 20 Telesales Calls
    Call client.
    Add report to tele sales document.
    If client is not available via phone call send what’s App message and
    submit response as a report
  • Answer all Messages on Instagram (Get their What’s App number and continue chat on What’s App)
  • Respond to ALL COMMENTS on Instagram.
  • Answer all Messages on Facebook
  • Respond to ALL COMMENTS on Facebook.
  • Submit Four Customer names to the Follow Slack group(This can be customers who want rent or buy equipment, It can also be vendors who want to rent out or sell their gear)
  • Send 10 follow up messages to 10 customers
  • Respond to Enquires on Jiji.
  • Respond to Enquires via email.
  • IF A VENDOR CONTACTS YOU T SELL HIS GEAR
  • – If its on instagram move chat to general then follow VENDOR RENT OR SELL PROCESS
  • -if its on whats App label conversation as Vendor then follow VENDOR RENT OR SELL PROCESS

    That would be a total of 5 order fulfillment scenarios for
    the day
